Discover Your Niche
No matter what kind of home-based business you want to be doing, if it’s network marketing, internet marketing or any other kind of business, one thing goes for all of them. You have to discover your niche!
You have to position yourself as the expert in one specific niche and become the source of, not just very good and valuable information, but the BEST information, for your audience. There are some questions you can ask yourself and hopefully this will get you closer to discovering YOUR niche.
First you need to ask yourself what you really LOVE. What are you passionate about and what will you really enjoy learning more about? Because that is what you have to do – after finding your specific niche you have to study to become the expert!
Second you should ask yourself where your talents and skills are. What are you good at? Being good at what you do is very important for you to succeed – of course you can always get better! But it will also strengthen your self-esteem when you are good at what you’re doing, and you will naturally become the expert.
Third and last, but not least – is there a market? Would people care for the information you have to give? Are there people out there, who would really want to know more and learn about your niche? And is there enough people? Is the market big enough? You won’t get far with only 10 people following you.
As you can see, there are a couple of things you have to take in to consideration, but the most important thing is really that you love what you are doing! This will make all the difference, and doing something you are passionate about will not only give you a great feeling of satisfaction, it will also appear to the people following you, and THAT is what makes them WANT to learn from your knowledge!
